Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Malta and Gozo, free of charge, with no minimum order. Orders are prepared within one to two working days and we get in touch to agree a delivery day that suits you.

We currently deliver within Malta and Gozo only. If you are ordering an item that is arriving with an upcoming stock delivery, the expected date is shown on the product page before you order.
Paying
You can pay securely by card at checkout.
Returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to return an item you have not used.
- Items should come back in their original packaging, complete and undamaged.
- Write to us first so we can arrange collection or a drop-off that suits you.
- Once the item is back with us, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
Warranty & faults
The Żiemel heated airer is covered by a 3-year warranty. If anything arrives damaged or stops working as it should, send us a photo and a short note and we will repair, replace or refund it.
